Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress. Authority to Leave (ATL) If you give Authority to Leave, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe place at your address. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer need the item. Faulty or Damaged Items In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
