Shipping & Returns Policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to public holidays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you give Authority to Leave, the carrier will leave your parcel in a safe place at your address. Please note, Mech Tools is not liable for lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at mechtools.contact@gmail.com . We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Returns Policy

At Mech Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer need the item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number

Description of the fault or damage

Clear photos or video showing the issue

We will review the issue and advise the next steps as soon as possible.
