Every Mech Tools product is designed in Australia using real experience gained on commercial HVAC and mechanical construction sites.
Are your tools made in Australia?
Our tools are designed in Australia and manufactured by specialist production partners to our specifications. Every design is developed, tested and refined before it reaches production.

Do the Rod Runners fit inside Unistrut?
Yes.
Our 15mm and 16mm Rod Runners are specifically designed to fit inside standard 41mm Unistrut, making installation and adjustment of M10 threaded rod significantly easier.
The 18mm and 19mm versions are designed for M12 applications and do not fit inside Unistrut.
Which Rod Runner do I need?
15mm
Perfect for M10 threaded rod using 15mm whiz nuts.
16mm
Designed for M10 threaded rod using standard 16mm nuts.
18mm
Designed for M12 threaded rod with 18mm nuts.
19mm
Designed for M12 threaded rod with standard 19mm nuts.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Absolutely.
If your tool has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.
We're tradies too—we know tools should work properly.
Simply contact us with your order details and some photos, and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Your purchase is also protected under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes.
We supply trade stores, wholesalers and distributors throughout Australia.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Typical Australia Post delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1–3 Business Days
You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order has been packed.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we're focused on Australia while continuing to expand.
International shipping is something we're actively working towards.
If you're outside Australia, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I return my order?
We don't offer returns for change of mind.
However, if your item is faulty, damaged or doesn't meet the guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we'll repair, replace or refund it where appropriate.
